Living Marine Resources program FY24 Broad Agency Announcement - request for pre-proposals

The U.S. Navy Living Marine Resources (LMR) applied research program is seeking pre-proposals pertaining to two need topics for FY24 - 1) Pinniped Behavioral Response Study, and 2) Improvement of Sea Turtle Density Estimates. Pre-proposals pertaining to these need topics will be accepted until 11:59 PM PST on 18 January 2024.
