LMR News: Spring 2016 Issue

A few notable items from this issue include:

 - Sonobuoys feature in more than one newsletter section this quarter, including this quarter’s project highlight—Passive Acoustic Density Estimation of Baleen Whales: Using Sonobuoys to Estimate Call-Rate Correction Factors.

 - Highlights from February’s Integrated Real-time Autonomous Passive Acoustic Monitoring System (IRAP) test run.
