Atlantic Behavioral Response Study Video Vignette
The most recent in a series of short videos highlighting U.S. Navy investments in environmental stewardship and marine species monitoring looks at the Atlantic Behavioral Response Study (BRS). This projects focuses on deep diving beaked whales and pilot whales in the waters offshore of Cape Hatteras, NC using controlled exposure experiments (CEEs) to investigate their response to mid-frequency active sonar.
