Dr. Andy Read confirmed as Commissioner to Marine Mammal Commission
Dr. Andy Read was recently confirmed as a new Commissioner of the U.S. Marine Mammal Commission. Andy has been involved with the Navy's marine species monitoring program since its inception in the Atlantic nearly two decades ago and continues to provide valuable guidance and serve as P.I. for important monitoring projects such as the Atlantic Behavioral Response Study.
